October 6, 2026 · by theswingnation

Can you control squirting when you’re at a swinger party? In Tuesday Talks 129, Squirting Without the Stress, we answer a listener who wants to enjoy herself without worrying about an unexpected mess. Our conversation comes back to preparation, respecting the space you’re in and taking the pressure off a particular outcome.

Can you predict when squirting will happen?

Our listener has spent about three years exploring this part of her sexuality, first with two play partners and more recently with her husband. She says she doesn’t recognize a warning sign or feel in control of when it happens. At parties with designated rooms, that uncertainty leaves her wondering where she should go.

We talk about becoming more familiar with your own responses over time, without promising that everyone will learn the same signals or have the same control. Lacy describes her experience as a combination of her own responses and the partner she’s with. She also makes a point worth keeping: she can have an orgasm and a great time without squirting.

What should you do when a party has designated rooms?

Use the space the host has set aside. For this listener, choosing that room can remove one more thing to worry about. There’s no prize for spending the evening anxious about someone else’s bedding.

We discuss the difference between purpose-built shared playrooms and private bedrooms. Some venues have waterproof mattresses and protective covers; a private bed may not. Check the rules and available protection rather than assuming every room is equipped the same way.

Lacy’s practical suggestion is to bring a waterproof blanket, including a smaller travel size if that’s easier to pack. Have towels available, communicate with your partner and follow the host’s cleanup expectations. Planning for the possibility lets you focus less on the logistics.

Why does turning it into a challenge add pressure?

Dan looks back on a period when people would approach him at parties asking whether he could make their wife squirt. What sounds like a playful challenge can put the spotlight on the woman, especially when other people gather to watch.

We talk about how uncomfortable it can be when someone starts apologizing because the expected response hasn’t happened. Being willing to explore doesn’t mean feeling relaxed with a new partner or an audience. The answer is to drop the performance test, not make the challenge bigger.

Does a different response mean a partner is doing something wrong?

We don’t treat squirting as a scorecard for a partner’s ability. Lacy explains that different partners can bring different experiences, without that making one encounter a failure. We also discuss being open to learning and communicating instead of letting comparison take over.

The takeaway we keep returning to is simple: prepare for the setting, respect its rules and give each other room to enjoy the experience without demanding a result.
